Hybrid model

When using the hybrid model, you benefit from the best of both our cloud-based and on-premises systems.

  • Option to sync part / all of the on-premises repository with the cloud repository wherein
    • Cloud can act as a back-up of on-premises repository
    • Cloud can be used to allow access to a subset of documents outside the company firewall

  • 12 GB RAM, 3.8 GHz Quad Core CPU
  • Separate server for daily and weekly backups
    • 4 GB RAM, 3GHz processor minimum
    • Disk space as per requirement

Cloud-based eDMS implementation

  • Annual recurring subscription model
  • EisenVault will take care of all technical hosting and server requirements
  • Highly secure – all data will be stored in enterprise grade Tier 1 data centres, with disk-level encryption
  • Connection between browser and server will be encrypted using state-of-the-art TLS/SSL encryption
  • All data will be backed up daily to a server in a different country, for maximum redundancy and business continuity in case of a natural disaster
