EisenVault has deployed its Document Management System at Human Resources Departments in companies across the following industries: Electrical Manufacturing, Higher Secondary Schools, Real Estate & Construction and Staffing Solution Companies.

The key pain point being addressed is the collection of employees’ regulatory documents and ensuring compliance. EisenVault makes it easy for employees to upload & categorise documents. The HR Document Management System also has a compliance report feature for HR Departments that gives an easy view into which documents are missing for which employees.

One key pain point of General Counsel (GCs) is keeping track of expiring and auto-renewing contracts. To this end EisenVault’s DMS has a contract management feature that keeps track of contract end dates and sends reminders to the in-house lawyers for action on these contracts when the date approaches. Another useful feature is auto-archival of these expired documents.


EisenVault has also partnered with Carta to provide an integrated system for Contract Assembly and Contract Management.

EisenVault has deployed its Document Management System at Accounting Departments in companies across the following industries: CA Firms, FMCG, Higher Secondary Schools, Real Estate & Construction.


EisenVault has built custom workflows for invoice approval and payment. The pain point being addressed is the routing and approval flow for key accounting documents. EisenVault is also able to auto-categorise documents like PAN Cards, Aadhar Cards etc. The Document Management System is being used very successfully for storing key accounts documents and sharing them with collaborators (like Chartered Accountants) in a secure and controlled environment.


Document Management System for Archiving Important Historical Documents


EisenVault’s DMS is being used very successfully for storing high-resolution scanned images of important historical documents. These are backed up across data centres that are more than 100 kms apart - to ensure that the documents are preserved in the case of a natural disaster. It is possible to view a low-resolution version of the documents (for quick access) while keeping the original high resolution version in store. These documents are OCRed and become full text searchable as well. EisenVault can provide high resolution digitising services for archive documents.
