Unable to open document in DMS application. Getting below mentioned error.
"This document can't be previewed. Couldn't display content due to error in plugin 'OnlyOffice': DocsAPI is not defined"
Please resolve this issue on high priority.

It seems your on-premises DMS is not able to communicate with the OnlyOffice server. Please check the below:
- Is port 443 open in your firewall? Is it forwarded properly on the Hypervisor/VMWare setup for your OnlyOffice server?
- Is port 443 open and forwarded on your main DMS server?
- Do you have valid SSL certificates installed on both the above servers?
You can always try rebooting the OnlyOffice server and see if that resolves the problem.
