HOW TO SET MULTI-LEVEL WORKFLOW ON FOLDER – DEFINE WORKFLOW

  1. Go to Document Library
  2. Choose folder where you want to set multi-level workflow(Define Workflow)
  3. Click on “More”
  4. Click on “Define Workflow”
  5. Select the Approver Click on “Select” and search the approver then click on (+) add
  6. Check the sub-folder checkbox then click “OK”.

A pop-up message received workflow added successfully.

Note: Define workflow action will visible to those users who is a member of this group -“GROUP_jklDocumentManagers”
