- Go to Document Library
- Choose folder where you want to set multi-level workflow(Define Workflow)
- Click on “More”
- Click on “Define Workflow”
- Select the Approver Click on “Select” and search the approver then click on (+) add
- Check the sub-folder checkbox then click “OK”.
A pop-up message received workflow added successfully.
Note: Define workflow action will visible to those users who is a member of this group -“GROUP_jklDocumentManagers”
